Requiere asistencia. Evitar complicaciones.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<strong>TRATAMIENTO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hasta el momento se han dise\u00f1ado alrededor de 300 medicamentos vs E.A. Sin embargo existen solo 4 que est\u00e1n indicados. Y se dividen en dos grupos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><strong>Inhibidores de colinesterasa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Galantamina<\/p>\n<p>Donepezilo.<\/p>\n<p>Rivastigmina.<\/p>\n<p>B)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Antagonistas de NMDA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Memantina.<\/p>\n<p>El tratamiento se da de acuerdo a la fase de la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fase leve y Leve a moderada<\/strong>:Inhibidores de colinesterasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fase Moderada:<\/strong>Inhibidores de Colinesterasa y &nbsp; Antagonistas de NMDA<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fase Severa:&nbsp;<\/strong>Antagonistas de NMDA.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/geriatriamexicali.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/vender-de-manera-cerebral.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-146\" title=\"vender-de-manera-cerebral\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/geriatriamexicali.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/vender-de-manera-cerebral-300x102.jpg?resize=300%2C102&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"102\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/geriatriamexicali.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/vender-de-manera-cerebral.jpg?resize=300%2C102&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/geriatriamexicali.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/vender-de-manera-cerebral.jpg?resize=1024%2C349&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/geriatriamexicali.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/vender-de-manera-cerebral.jpg?w=2160 2160w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OBJETIVOS DEL TRATAMIENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.- &nbsp;Disminuir la velocidad de Progresi\u00f3n de la enfermedad.<\/p>\n<p>2.- Manejo Sintom\u00e1tico de Eventos circunstanciales (Delirium, Depresi\u00f3n, entre otras) durantela Enfermedaden sus diferentes fases.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Educaci\u00f3n de los FAMILIARES en relaci\u00f3n ala Enfermedadde Alzheimer y los cuidados especiales de cada paciente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTROS ASPECTOS IMPORTANTES EN LOS PACIENTES CON ENFERMEDAD DE ALZHIEMER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.- Depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>2.- Alteraciones severas en la conducta.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Cuidadores<\/p>\n<p>Son las personas encargadas de brindar la atenci\u00f3n diaria al paciente.<\/p>\n<p>Puede ser familiar, enfermera u otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Algunas recomendaciones para Cuidadores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.- No Discutir con el Enfermo.<\/p>\n<p>2.- Tratarlo amablemente.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Dar seguimiento a \u00f3rdenes m\u00e9dicas.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Apoyo espiritual seg\u00fan corresponda.<\/p>\n<p>5.- Conocerla Enfermedadde Alzheimer y cada una de las etapas. (Informaci\u00f3n para cuidadores exclusiva).<\/p>\n<p>6.- Detecci\u00f3n Oportuna de Eventos patol\u00f3gicos para atenci\u00f3n temprana de los mismos. (Fiebre, tos, falta de aire, entre otros).<\/p>\n<p>7.- Solicitar&nbsp; Ayuda ante el Sentimiento de Sobrecarga con el paciente. Tanto al medico especialista como al resto de los familiares<\/p>\n<p>8.- Buscar grupos de autoayuda.(Ya hay en nuestra ciudad).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<strong>PREVENCION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hay m\u00faltiples medidas que&nbsp; se han tratado de implementar como prevenci\u00f3n, las que mejores resultados han demostrado son:<\/p>\n<p>1.- Ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>2.-&nbsp; Actividades de Ocio.
